As I arrive at The Sanctuary, the crisp Sacramento air fills my lungs. It’s 8 AM, and I’m ready to start another exciting day at our West Sacramento location. The store is pristine, thanks to our evening crew, and I can’t help but feel a sense of pride as I survey our well-stocked shelves.
Customer Service Excellence
Our doors open at 9 AM, and the first customers trickle in. A regular from Folsom, CA, drives in, looking for eco-friendly cleaning supplies. I’m thrilled to show her our latest additions, knowing that The Sanctuary has the goods she needs. As we chat, I learn about her sustainable lifestyle goals, and I’m able to recommend several products that align with her values.
Lunchtime Learning
During my break, I join a virtual training session with our Folsom branch. We discuss:
